Indeed. I would just add: "'How low can they go' with service while trying to stick consumers with high(er) prices?".

Between this and the diminishing store of value in SK points, loyal SK customers should reconsider their purchase decisions and find ways to diversify away from SK.

If SK wants to give less back for the same or more money, then just give SK less money by shopping around and away from SK more frequently.

It really is unfortunate that what SK does to try to woo back customers with one hand it tries to undo by pushing them away with another.
