There are no non-stop flights to MNL from the US. Both the JFK-MNL and ATL-MNL "direct" flights involve a stop in NRT. There are numerous double connect options for getting to MNL from JFK with DTW looking to be the most convenient at the current time.
Do you mean on DL or Skyteam carriers specifically? If not, I'm pretty sure you could one-stop to MNL from FLL/MIA via LAX on one of the airlines serving FLL/MIA-LAX and then transfering to Philippine Airlines for LAX-MNL. I've never flown Philippine Airlines so I have no idea if you'd want to do that, but you could one-stop there from where you live.
