At this property what's the standard tip rate for butlers?

What do tips run at their restaurants? For Buffet? For Dinner? I ask because there's already a service charge on the hotel and a service charge of 10% is included at the restaurants? I really don't know what to do and don't want to look like the cheap douche that I am.
