Their CS hasnt seemed to have improved over the years. The lurker here disappeared quickly. Chat people at front office are not able call people at back office. Basically they cant do anything, not even keep their promises of feedback, and have no solutions to any problems other than wait (the general observation, and likely there are a few exceptions).
Anyone knowing this? My sister changed her last name after getting married and has one FFP in old name and one in new. Can she enter both under new name on points.com, or maybe transfer eligibility will be program specific in this aspect?
I still dont trust Points.com beyond the ability to do that thing where you transfer US to Asia and then back --to keep accts alive (and it used to be a hit for the USGS)
That said, I consider attaching the following to an email to their CS department if they have email and even read it, but maybe better, I would find their physical address of the company and go all out:
Mail them a copy of her marriage cert and all info and explain it in detail. If they cant deal with this rather simple and common issue, then you have your answer.
