I recieved an Op-Up flying LGW-AMS last week which was notified at the gate. The gate staff had no idea how to process this with an iphone boarding card and in the end they suspended boarding while the agent walked me onto the aircraft and explained this to the crew.

All in all a little embarassing and there were a few stares as the pax staring boarding after my little interruption
