Hi all,

last Sunday I arrived from Beijing with CZ345. I was flying in business together with my mother (Ivory).

at the entry check, the lounge dragon on duty refused us. According to her there is only access on arrival when flying KL.
Lucky enough I was flying on KL code share, so i could use my platinum to get the two of us in.

On the KLM website I could only find info concerning departure lounge access.

I was quite surprised by the refused entry, as I was convinced that flying business on sky team would be sufficient to qualify.

where can I check this lounge policy on the web?
