Agree poor quality customer service and their prepaid is hundreds cheaper over the course of two years and includes data.
Do they add ons on this deal and you are more than paying for those miles
However if someone was going to lock themselves into a contract and pay their rates without the miles then a very good deal
They are reasonably evil how they run their business
They once were the Gold standard of customer service for the cellular industry not that many years ago
