I had gotten the good info that as soon as my refi closed for my home I could start applying for CC's again. My question is at what point could be considered "safe"?

As in, tonight signed all documentation. We have 3 days to cancel, making that Fri Oct 5th. Original loan paid by Mon Oct 8. Should I wait till Fri? Mon? Start now!?

Any opinions appreciated
