Sorry if this is too obvious, but I couldn't find an answer.

I've booked a TP operated flight (with a TP number) through UA website. I have a UA e-ticket and PNR but also a TP PNR, which is shown in the UA website under "View additional confirmation numbers" in my reservation. For check in, do I go to the TP website or the UA website?
