I want to use 20,000 miles from dad's account for an upgrade; what are they worth $$?
My dad wants me to use 20,000 miles from his MP account to upgrade me on a domestic transcontinental flight (MCO-LAX)

If we were going to attach a dollar value to them, whats the fairest way to do that?

I dont know at this point what PMCO would charge for the upgrade - those seats are not available.

Is there a good formula to use?
