It's funny you say that because the DL and UA apps are the only two air carrier apps I've used. Compared to DL, UA's is clunky, awkward, and much less user friendly. It is so bad that I know UA elites that deleted the app from their phone after trying it.
Delta's app may not be perfect, but it's definitely close--much more so than UA's app anyway!
