For the love of all that is holy, why will UA not go to a system like DL where a flight over a certain length is not eligible for a non-FC ERJ? This is a ~1,150 mile flight, with flight times regularly over 2.5 hours (occasionally approaching 3.5 hours due to head winds, when going east to west), with many business travelers. If UA did not have the only direct flight from IAH-RIC available via my corporate travel portal, I would be gone faster than you could blink. Being an elite at UA does little to nothing for me.
