Proper forum for a review of ground transport service?
We recently had a bad experience with an airport shuttle service and before I post my thoughts want to be sure that this is the place to do it.

I've already put reviews on Yelp and City Search, but I'd like to make sure that the review gets wide dissemination. I'm not willing to use Google+.
