I take a large number of supplements daily, also some liquidceticals.

When I travel I take all new bottles with the seals unbroken, I do the same with the liquids.

I normally travel into Indonesia where they are very unrelaxed about controlled substances, I carry a translation of what they are attached to the bottles.
