To me, the question is really what you want.

1. If you want the shortest route of the 4, go through JFK. However, the MSP JFK flight may be on a small plane, and you have the customs issue to deal with at JFK.
2. If you want the most mileage, which I don't think you do based on your post, Do the ATL route. YOu should get upgraded MSP ATL
3. There is no benefit to CDG, unless you want to buy someone a nice gift in the Airport
4. If you want a little more convenient International Airport, go through AMS.
