I am UA Platinum (*Gold), so I will have priority tags for my luggage on SQ. So hopefully they should come out quickly. I know SIN airport is pretty efficient, so it should be even faster than most places.

Usually, I only have hand luggage. So when I have a longish transit, I just keep it at the left luggage and take the MRT into the city. But I have never timed it to see how long it takes to leave the airport.
