Problems with upgrading a TA ticket with Avios on BA.com
I have been trying to upgrade a TA ticket using Avios since 27/09. The website has consistently prevented me doing this at various stages .. sometimes I get past the 'You should first contact your TA' message before it comes up with a 'Please try later' error message and sometimes I don't even get this far !!
Is it me ?
(I did contact the Exec Club at the beginning and they mentioned that the they were having website problems .. are they still having them ?)
All the other MMB functionality seems to work OK.
