I just stayed at Grand Cypress, I share your view...beautiful facility, terrible service, lots of nickel and diming! Certainly doesn't have the business traveler in mind, not that kind of place. I will give HR MCO a shot next time I'm there.

I have to go to MSP next month, will bring a flashlight.

Stayed at PH Chicago about 20 years ago, didn't do much for me, but I forget why! I'll have to give it another shot.
