You can use these miles to book an award on Qantas/Hawaiian. Redemption option don't look very good online right now, but that could change (for better or worse!) as your trip nears.

You could also sign up for the Mileage Explorer card to get a hefty bonus of United miles, which you can transfer your UR points to: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles...nt-credit.html. Redemption options on United look better than AA, especially if you're OK routing through ICN on Asiana.
