We just moved from El San Juan to the Conrad after one night. While I realize everyone will have their own experience, we found the room to be a little dirty and old (we were in a high-floor king view room), and the service at the property terrible. Breakfast was one of the worst full breakfast I've had -- definitely stick to the continental and don't bother paying for the upgrade. The front desk staff is pretty nice, but arrived at noon and had to wait until 3:30pm for a room (yes, I know that checkin isn't until 4pm).
