If you really want the opportunity to shower and if you have enough time before your train to Naples, the only option I know of is walking to the adjacent FCO Hilton (connected by a moving sidewalk thing, about 10 minutes away in a quick stride).

Their website is showing a day rate of €105.

To see these rates just enter the same day for your arrival and departure:

But maybe there's a better rate if you call them directly, or if you were a "walk in"?
