It is common to have mixed crews where there is a Swedish speaker is with a majority Danish crew, Swedes in majority Norwegian crews so on so on.

I have found short haul tends to have majority one nationality, whereas long haul can be completely mixed. For instance my last flight PVG-CPH, pilot was Norwegian, cabin crew was mixed with at least two danes, one swede, one norwegian in addition to the two chinese speakers.
