Well, knowing about your story as much as I do, I don't think it's Aeroflot's or Travisa's fault. It's the consulate to blame - they were 'deliberating', they say, instead of knowing the basic fact that Belarus is domestic.
Is your flight back on the same ticket? Won't they deny you from boarding because of the first leg that was unused?
