It's a long story of how this started but I need to buy a return ticket for wife and new infant baby from lhr-UAE and then add my 4 year old daughter as a one way return with them.

Called emirates, then etihad, and it took ages to explain this to them, and they were not happy to do this. Then when they were, I was quoted a ridiculous fare for the one way for my daughter. (also told I can't use miles for a child travelling alone).

So I called BA, and within 5mins, all tickets were booked, (one way miles for child). The tickets were then joined and cot booked.

All so organised which is why I love BA.
