There are several options to get from Oakville to Buffalo (or Casino Niagara). None are very desirable.
1) There is a daily train.
2) Coach Canada offers one trip each weekday between Oakville and St. Catherines with onward connection to Niagara/Buffalo.
3) Go Transit and local services offer conections to Burlington Transit, 430 John Street Burlington. From there Greyhound has 3x daily service to Niagara Falls.
4) Go Transit offers commuter service between Oakville and Hamilton. This may involve both a train and a bus depending on time of day. Coach Canada offers service between Hamilton and Niagara with connecting service to Buffalo.
5) If the Hamilton connection isnīt good, passenger could take GO to Toronto and an express to Niagara/Buffalo from there.
Based on an arrival time of 7pm in Buffalo, options 1, 2, and 3 wonīt work. If the passenger can get to Casino Niagara by 10pm, Coach Canada has service from there to Hamilton ariving at 11:45pm. However, there is no onward connection to Oakville available.
There is a 9:15pm departure from Casino Niagara arriving Toronto at 11:15pm. A train departs Union at 11:43pm (weekdays) arriving Oaville 12:19am. This is on Coach Canada.
Good luck!
