I am on a codeshare. I booked the codeshare through LY, but the first leg is on AA.

I selected seats at first via LY, and when I did, aisles were blocked from selection. Then I got the AA record number and went and selected seats there. Directly via AA it was possible to select an aisle, so I did. LY still shows the old, non-aisle seat selection, and aisles are still blocked from selection, so I can't re-select it to make the same choices in both places.

What the heck is going to happen on the day of the flight? Whose seat assignment is going to win out?
