A recent NCL-LHR-SIN-BNE was changed so many times, that two new return trips could have been booked due to TA fees. I tried to point out that change fees are much lower on BA than via a TA but nobody was listening.

Fast forward to August, my inbound needed changing and it was only three days away. No fare buckets left, one ways possible on QF/BA and they were about to book EK before I said just nest another return and push back the old date to December.

The new return changed three times before I even got on the flight four days later... and ditto the remaining inbound.

They still won't let me take the flights off the TA and let me handle it despite being 10 times cheaper.
