Is it on the same flight to/from BLR? I recall DOH-BLR leaves DOH ~20:00, and arrives back at 6:00. This makes difficult to have an 1-hour overnight layover, but you might be using other flights.

If travelling in business, you can opt to stay in the Premium Terminal or to get into Doha. Depending on your arrival times, you can decide. Check visa requirements first. Sleeping in Premium Terminal is quite easy, and recently I saw they offer pillows and blankets for people who like to use the lounge chairs.
