Delta.dumb Won't Allow GM to Select EC on Domestic
I'm GM and, after booking a B fare on a domestic route, Delta.dumb wouldn't allow me to select an EC seat. Had to call Delta. The agent was able to assign me EC, but didn't have a good explanation as to why I wasn't able to do it online.

Anybody else encounter this problem?
