I think a bigger issue than upgrades is the no change fee (do I have that right - no $150 for PM)? I have a crazy schedule that changes frequently, and most of my domestic flying is commuting-I get $X amount allowance for the year, anything over that is out of pocket, so keeping extra costs down is attractive.

Haven't broached that with the powers that be yet (this is a new job). I will next week. Should be interesting, given that the owner has two private jets of his own, so he is clearly a believer in flying comfortable. :-)
We'll see. They are treating me very fairly, so I won't complain if they don't want to pay triple for biz.
Not to jack my own thread, but any suggestions on places to look for deals on biz class? I did a search a while back but didn't really come with much.
