Thanks to much help from this forum I got the AA rtw desk to set up a ticket that was issued by Naeem in Canada. He is very efficient.

I was going well until some low life in Argentina decided to lift my bag with passport etc. To cut a long story short, my emergency UK passport doesnt allow me to travel via US without a visa. So I am trying to change scl- JFK-syd to scl-Auckland-Sydney on LAN.

AA said I should call LAN since LAN are in the middle of changing their flights and not all LAN flights can be accessed by AA rtw desk and LAN should be able to make the changes. An hour on the phone to LAN and they insist it's an AA ticket no they can't see it and I must call AA.
