I have to say, drinking Fortnum & Masons Earl Grey completely spoiled me for being able to drink Twinings so there are definitely big differences in quality. A Tetley Earl Grey kind of makes me shudder as a result - but if that's the one the OP's sister in law wants, who are we to argue?
