This is conpletely inconsistent with LHR lounge policy where I get all the perks of Flounge. Also, if Flounge dining is only availlable to Gold pax on CW and F pax, then the huge dining area in Club Lounge is only for statusless CW pax? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me...

Also, no champers in Flounge in BOS, only when having dinner (which I was of course barred from). Where is my Grand Siecle?? Completely different policy to JFK even.

Anyone else aware/angry at this aberration? Is this common in other BA USA lounges apart from JFK? To top it all, wifi is down!!

Should I write a letter to BA?

If this email sounds in the slightest like an incoherent rant, I blame it on the cheap plonk I'm having at Club lounge to drown my sorrows!
It's not an aberration. Some food is provided in both lounges for all passengers - just not the spread that one would find at LHR lounges.

Passengers travelling in CW and F have the option of pre flight dining - a full meal before boarding so that sleep can be maximized on board. There are separate dining areas for F & CW. Pre flight dining is by class of travel, not status.
