Unhappy Anyone else confused by BOS lounge policy:

So here I am... flying WT on a packed BA 212 as no seats were available for proactive WTP upgrade offers... get to Flounge, as I would since am a Gold member, only to find a big sign saying an invite is required for dinner service. Asked reception, and she says I'm not entitled, as only for CW and F passengers. ALSO, am not entitled to dinner service at CW lounge...

This is conpletely inconsistent with LHR lounge policy where I get all the perks of Flounge. Also, if Flounge dining is only availlable to Gold pax on CW and F pax, then the huge dining area in Club Lounge is only for statusless CW pax? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me...

Also, no champers in Flounge in BOS, only when having dinner (which I was of course barred from). Where is my Grand Siecle?? Completely different policy to JFK even.

Anyone else aware/angry at this aberration? Is this common in other BA USA lounges apart from JFK? To top it all, wifi is down!!

Should I write a letter to BA?

If this email sounds in the slightest like an incoherent rant, I blame it on the cheap plonk I'm having at Club lounge to drown my sorrows!
