FYI - The elite miles you get this year are dead as of Jan 1
So you are starting from Zero Jan 1 with elite miles
That's the kind of "news I can use" that's so great about Flyertalk. What should I do? If the miles evaporate on Jan 1, it's not worth the effort. Is there any way I can change them to some status that will stick around?
