I'm looking at booking a room on the Crescent for this weekend, and they are available for sale but are unavailable with Guest Rewards point redemptions. When I try to pay for a ticket, I can add a room, but when I try to book the same trip with AGR points, all options other than coach seats are "sold out".

Is there a way to get around the "sold-out" message, as there are clearly empty rooms on the train, and I'd like to use my points?
