Shame, really. PHL Terminal F for instance could be a lot better than it is - it needed more seats and far better employee attitudes.

My absolute least favorite of late has to be IAD's old Terminal G for United Express, aka "Terminal Greyhound". That was a truly miserable place. Thankfully it's been torn down.
