I signed up with them just for Lowes GC's in April. I bought three cards, saved screenshots, etc. Nothing ever posted. Using their inquiry system didn't help (even tho it recognized the transactions). Noone ever replied to my three inquiries. Won't be visiting TCB again
Good news is that there are lots of other great options in this thread!
Although my first TCB experience was quick, my second was not. I used them to purchase Kohl's gift cards and, so far, no post has been made. I'm still waiting. Hopefully it shows up.
