Bulkhead on 777-200R are super spacious. I highly recommend that for anyone, way more than other EC seats.
Note that 31C and 31H really don't have space for bags even after takeoff as some of legroom is technically in the aisle. Traffic should be minimal though as only FA's should walk in that space as it is the J/Y divider.
