Nissan seems to supply base model vehicles to National (and other rental fleets). Everything from the Maxima to the Quest to the Altima -- I've never seen a trim level higher than the "S" model.

No USB is surprising...however, it has streaming audio with Bluetooth, which is a pretty good substitute (I stream via Bluetooth much more than I use the USB input on my own car).
Weird, I checked the Altima website and it didn't show push-button as standard? I will check again.

**EDIT, you're right, the Nissan Brochure shows push button as standard across all trim levels.
