Coo! I've never had one of those! I've had mail from them if I have spoken to them. I have found them most supportive.

Help titles I will see if I can help and sometimes read rants unless I get bored after the first three lines. Sometimes it is good to read complaints because often others have experienced the same difficulty and this means that there is a problem.

However, being of a highly cynical nature I long ago learned that what is reported or recorded here and what , if anything, actually happened may be poles apart.
