Yep, just to echo, all you have to do is transfer within Chase to the premium card (CSP in this case) and then you can move them to UA.

This is totally within the rules as transfers to spouses are explicitly allowed for this purpose. Transfers to non immediate family members are bit more ambiguous, though for now they're allowing them with no issues.
