Interesting that it's OR standard buffet. I don't like the buffet and like to order off the menu... think some properties will read this as they have the choice not the guesthaving the choice of what to pick.
Buffet is cheaper to the property versus prepping an entree...
Though this will cause some NYC hotels (48Lex & Andaz Wall St, I'm looking at you) to come in line...
