There seems to be pretty good R space availability in Mid-Dec to HKG. Not bad on the return just after Christmas. Much better availability vis Vancouver.
Keep in mind that you need to book Tango Plus - almost $3,000 just for the priviledge of entering the aero-lotto vs. $1,700 in Tango! Even cheaper to PVG and PEK with current 20% off (until Sunday).
