Thanks for the clarification. Could you also clarify the tips issue? Why some Hyatt waive the tips charge for our diamond and why some Hyatt insist they do not waive the tips charge although I remember that the Hyatt membership brochure said that the tips would be waived for diamond members?Thanks a lot!
