We used the lounge at CUN in August last year (I forgot about the voucher) and we hadn't got the invitation thing from check in so ended up having a bit of an argument with the lounge person - they were insistant that even with CW BP's, we couldn't use the lounge, we used our Priority Passes and advised BA on our return about the issues we had, and we weren't the only ones, another family had a row too.

Not impressed with the lounge anyway, small, dated, very cold and very busy.

Get the TGIF voucher instead!!
