HK is a small island, but the GH is more "isolated" in the sense that you are not right on top of a subway (MTR) station, whereas the Conrad is right on top of one of the most connected stations (Admiralty). Nonetheless, it's a minor difference, since cabs are abundant in HK and also very very cheap. Both have great restaurants on premise as well as close by, but the GH has a brand new steakhouse that is reputed to be one of the top ones in HK. If you are going in the summer, the GH has a much nicer outdoor area on the 11th floor, with a great relaxing pool, whereas the Conrad has a much smaller pool and not much space outside. Finally, the GH has a great spa (with a whole floor dedicated to it on the 11th floor). I think you can't go wrong with either. Have a great trip!
Thanks for your opinions. It's a tough decision because I want it to be perfect for the honeymoon. It's hard for me to choose the Conrad since I'm Diamond at Hyatt and I've heard the lounge there is the best in the world. However, the 66K GP points might be better spent somewhere else and I haven't gotten the best of upgrades when staying on points. On the other hand, I don't have much opportunity to get good value out of my Hilton points, so staying at the Conrad seems like a good opportunity. However, I don't want to be put in the situation where I'm not given lounge access and get a basic room because I'm only Gold.
