Either the additional hidden inventory will be there or not when you call. Seem to recall someone posting that they had to inquire under your account number, so if they don't do that they won't have access to any additional upgrade space. To continue OT, has anyone had success calling to get the hidden availability when already wait listed for a SWU? (The alternative is that the upgrade will be made automatically if the hidden inventory becomes available, which may be what happened to me recently when an upgrade was made with no prior EF alert).
