Possibly, but it's 108 pages long and I'm not sure that this particular question will be covered. I'm pretty familiar with the best seats on most aircraft and would normally go for the last EF pair on a 3-class 777, but I've never heard of this issue on a 4-class and wondered if it was correct. Personally I would have thought that once the footstool was down and my feet were on it, passenger traffic would be somewhat difficult.
