Cases brought in the UK will only be stayed pending the judgement on the legal challenge to the Sturgeon ruling which will be ruled on 23rd October. I believe that the stay can be lifted almost immediately if the judgement is to uphold the existing case law.

Since the TUI & Nelson cases are the challenge to Sturgeon, then I cannot see a UK court keeping a legal stay on claims/cases if the judgement upholds Sturgeon.
